FAQs

Where are you based?
We are newly relocated at 38 Railway Road in Coleraine.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Currently yes. We book appointments to ensure that everyone has exclusive time in our boutique with your guests. Click the "Book Appointment" button at the top right hand corner to arrange your visit!
Is there a charge for appointments?
Yes- We along with most bridal stores charge a fee for booking your visit. Our appointments are £15 to browse our full price collection and £10 to look at sale options.
When should I start dress shopping?
We advise at least 12 months before your wedding date. This gives us time for ordering and shipping which depending on designer can take up to 7 months. Your seamstress will also need time for alterations so remember to factor that into your timeline!
How many people can I bring with me to an appointment?
One of our most asked questions. We allow the bride plus 3 guests max. Trust us when we say... less is more when it comes to opinions on YOUR dream dress.
What size are your sample dresses to try on?
Most of our samples are around a 10-16 but all vary in size and this also depends on the designer. Wedding dresses are not based on standard UK sizing so don't worry if things are a slightly big or small - no sample will fit you perfectly regardless however, we will give you a good idea how your dress will look. Don't be put off or worried about sample sizes, we have brides of all shapes and sizes in daily and know what we are doing... you are in safe hands!
